Over 20 Years Manufacturer of Rubber Belts

OEM & ODM Custom Belt Manufacturing

We’ve been manufacturing rubber belts since 1999, and OEM private-label work has become a major part of what we do. Distributors in Germany, the US, Australia, Brazil — they put their name on our belts because they’ve learned something important: their customers don’t care where a belt comes from, they care whether it fails.

With 130+ proprietary rubber compound formulations developed since 1999, and an IATF 16949 certified quality system, we’re not just a factory that makes belts to spec. We’re a technical partner that helps you build a belt program your customers will trust.

What's the Difference Between OEM and ODM?

Let's clear this up because we get asked constantly.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means you bring the specs, we make it. You’ve got a drawing, a sample, or a competitor’s part number — we match it exactly. Your brand, your packaging, your part numbers. We’re invisible.

ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means you bring the problem, we design the solution. You tell us “I need a belt that survives 150°C oil exposure in mining equipment” — our engineering team figures out the compound, the cord type, the tooth profile. You still put your brand on it, but the R&D is ours.

Most of our customers start with OEM (matching existing specs) and move to ODM once they trust our technical capabilities. That’s fine. We’d rather earn your confidence than assume it.

OEM Services: Your Specs, Our Manufacturing

Specification Matching

Send us a drawing, a sample, or just a competitor’s part number. We’ll reverse-engineer it and quote you within 48 hours.

  • Cross-reference capability for Gates, Dayco, Continental, Bando, Mitsuboshi part numbers
  • Match OEM specifications for any vehicle brand — we cover 17+ automotive brands already
  • Dimensional tolerances per ISO, DIN, JIS, or RMA standards
  • Material matching: if you need the exact same EPDM compound as your current supplier, we can formulate it

Private Label & Branding

Your brand is your business. We make it look good.

  • Surface printing — Full color logo, part numbers, batch codes
  • Hot embossing — Raised logo for that premium feel
  • Molded logo — Integrated during vulcanization, permanent and clean
  • Laser engraving — High-precision marking for traceability requirements

Custom Packaging

We’ve shipped belts in everything from bulk poly bags to retail-ready boxes with QR codes. Whatever your channel needs:

  • Individual polybag with header card
  • Branded retail box (we handle design and printing)
  • Bulk packaging for wholesale distribution
  • Custom labels, barcodes, and part number systems
  • Amazon FBA-ready packaging if you’re selling online

New Product Development

Got a customer with a weird application? An equipment manufacturer asking for something that doesn’t exist? That’s where ODM gets interesting.

Our engineering team has developed belts for:

  • Arctic mining equipment (-50°C operating temperature)
  • Food processing lines (FDA-compliant compounds)
  • High-speed textile machinery (40+ m/s belt speed)
  • Electric vehicle thermal management systems

We start with your application requirements, not a catalog. What temperature range? What chemical exposure? What load profile? What service life expectation? Then we work backward to the right compound, cord, and construction.

Material R&D

Here’s something most belt factories won’t tell you: the compound matters more than the construction. A perfectly made belt with the wrong rubber will fail. A decent belt with the right compound will outlast it every time.

We’ve got 130+ formulations in our library — EPDM, CR, HNBR, NBR, NR, FKM, and proprietary blends. If none of them fit your application, we’ll develop a new one. Our R&D lab runs compound trials weekly.

Steel cord — Maximum strength, for extreme load applications

The OEM/ODM Process: From Inquiry to Delivery

We’ve refined this over 20+ years. Here’s exactly what happens:

Step 1: Inquiry & Requirements (Day 1-2)

You send specs, drawings, samples, or just a description of what you need. Our technical team reviews and responds with a preliminary assessment within 24 hours. No sales fluff — just “yes we can do this” or “here’s what we’d need to figure out.”

Step 2: Technical Evaluation & Quotation (Day 3-5)

Engineering evaluates material selection, tooling requirements, and production feasibility. You get a detailed quote: unit pricing at different quantities, tooling costs (if any), sample cost, and lead times.

Step 3: Sample Development (Day 6-15)

Standard specs: samples from stock or 7 days production. Custom specs: 10-15 days. We don’t charge for standard samples for qualified buyers. Custom samples may have a nominal fee (refunded on first order).

Step 4: Sample Approval (Day 16-20)

You test. You measure. You install in actual equipment if needed. First revision is free if adjustments are needed. We’d rather get it right than rush to production.

Step 5: Production (Day 21-45)

Standard orders: 15-20 business days. Complex/large orders: 20-30 days. We provide production updates on request — photos, inspection reports, shipping estimates.

Step 6: Quality Inspection

Every batch goes through our IATF 16949 quality system:

  • Incoming material inspection
  • In-process monitoring (automated dimensional checks)
  • 100% final inspection
  • Tensile strength, flex life, and temperature testing
  • Certificate of Conformance with every shipment

Step 7: Packaging & Shipping

Packaged per your specs. FOB, CIF, DDP — whatever works for your logistics. We work with established freight forwarders for reliable delivery worldwide.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you match a competitor's belt if I send you a sample?

Yes. Send us the belt (or just the part number), and we’ll analyze dimensions, material, and construction. We’ve reverse-engineered thousands of SKUs from Gates, Dayco, Continental, and others. Turnaround for analysis: 3-5 business days.

Depends on the belt type. For standard profile timing belts and V-belts, we often have existing tooling — no cost. Custom molds for unique profiles: typically $500-$3,000 depending on complexity. Tooling cost is usually waived for orders over a certain volume — ask us.

Absolutely. That’s half the value of working with us. Tell us your operating conditions — temperature, chemical exposure, load, speed, expected service life — and we’ll recommend the optimal compound. We’ve got extensive application data to draw from.

Yes. We encourage trial orders. Start with 200-500 pieces, test the market, then scale up. We’d rather build a long-term relationship than push you into a large commitment before you’re ready.

Standard: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (T/T). For established customers: NET 30 or NET 60 after relationship building. We also accept L/C for larger orders and PayPal for small orders.

Yes. SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas, or your own QC team — we welcome inspection at any stage. Pre-shipment inspection is common for new customers. Once you trust our quality system, most customers skip it.
