LYBELT makes agricultural belts: the brand of Longyao County Longyi Rubber Products Factory (General Partnership), in Longyao County, Xingtai, Hebei, China. The factory has made rubber belts since 1999, and this category holds its belts for farm machinery.
The range covers combine harvester belts, tractor belts, seeder belts, irrigation equipment belts, greenhouse equipment belts, livestock equipment belts and lawn mower and cultivator belts. For mower belts, the lawn mower belts guide covers deck belts, drive belts and sizing. Drives that do not fit those groups are listed under belts for other equipment.
Farm belts work in dust, moisture and heat, and demand peaks with the season. The articles on how dust and field debris shorten agricultural belt life and on agricultural belt replacement planning for seasonal demand cover what wears belts out and how to plan stock before the season.
If your machine uses classical or narrow V-belts, read the code on the V belt size chart. If the print has worn off, measure the pulley diameters and the center distance and use the belt length calculator. The belt tension guide explains how to check tension on a V-belt drive.
The factory works from 130+ rubber compounds, so the compound can be matched to heat, oil and weather. It makes belts to the customer's part number, drawing or size, with private label and packaging; see OEM and ODM belts.
The ISO 9001 certificate (No. 10113Q10764ROS, issued by Beijing Zhonglian Tianrun Certification Center) is valid from 22 September 2022 to 21 September 2027 and covers the production and sales of rubber belts for automobiles and mechanical equipment. The factory also holds IATF 16949. See the certifications page for the certificates.
The same factory also makes automotive belts, industrial belts, motorcycle belts and ATV UTV belts.
A useful inquiry has five parts: the belt code or a photo, a drawing or the dimensions (section and length), the machine and the crop or use it runs in, the quantity, and any branding or packaging needs. Send them with the buttons on this site. Minimum order, price and delivery are answered for each belt.
